Michelle Lynn Monaghan was born on March 23 of 1976. Her most prominent roles include Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) and Gone Baby Gone (2008). She was also known for Gone Baby Gone (2008), Made of Honor (2008) and Trucker (2008). Source Code (2011), Pixels (2015) and Patriots Day (2016). She also has been recognized for her role as Julia Meade in the action spy film series Mission: Impossible, appearing in Mission: Impossible III (2006), Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011), and Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018).On television, Monaghan starred as Maggie Hart in the first season of the crime drama show True Detective (2014), for which she received nominations for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. In the drama The Path, a drama series The Path (2016), she was the lead of Sarah Lane. Monaghan played the role of Eva Geller on the 2020 Netflix thriller series Messiah. The show was pulled after just one season. Monaghan was the daughter of Sharon Hammel (a factory worker) in Winthrop. Bob and John are her two elder brothers. Monaghan is mostly Irish and German roots, and was raised Catholic.She graduated from East Buchanan High School in 1994. Following graduation, she relocated to Chicago to study journalism at Columbia College Chicago and began to model. She also has modeled in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore and the United States. In 1999, she only had one semester left to complete her degree in journalism. She then moved to New York to pursue an acting career. She worked as a model and was featured in various catalogs and magazines before beginning her acting career. Monaghan was recognized for two TV roles, including an actor in support roles on Young Americans' episodes in 2000. She also played a character on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in "Consent" which was an episode that aired on January 19 2001. She also made her big-screen debut the following year on Perfume as the character of Henrietta. She was again a support actress in Unfaithful in 2002. It starred Richard Gere, Diane Lane and other.
